1. Applicants for Regular Membership should enclose with their application a check for three hundred ninety one ($400.00) dollars. ($225.00 initiation fee; $174.00 first year’s dues; $1.00 N.Y.S. Conservation Fund).

2. Applicants for Shooter Membership are no longer being accepted.

3. Your application will be read at the July Meeting and voted on during the August meeting.  You must be present for these meetings.  If you cannot be present due to unforeseen circumstances, you must petition the BoD for an exemption.
NOTE:      After the July Meeting and prior to the August meeting you must:
                         a: meet with our Greeting Committee    and
                         b: attended our Orientation & Safety Course.

4.  All Members are issued an ID card, a button and decal for their personal vehicle.   If challenged at/on the Clubhouse grounds, ranges, pheasant preserve, Assn. leased hunting lands or Assn. owned lands, this I.D. shall be produced to verify current Membership.  WITHOUT IT YOU ARE REQUIRED TO LEAVE.

5. All Regular Members must register for service (16 hrs. per year) in a Committee.  New Regular
Members shall be assigned, for their first work year (16 hrs.) of service, as the needs of the Association dictate.   Non-worked hrs. will be charged at $18 per hour when dues renewal time comes in Apr.

6.   All Members, upon acceptance, are required to be members of the N.R.A. within 6 months.
